Payment and Refund Policy
The Greater Nation Arts Collective is a not-for-profit corporation who aims to operate within a balanced budget. Program fees are one of the main income sources which allows us to pay our teachers, rent our space, and continue offering excellent programming.
The following policy will outline our payment requirements and circumstances for refunds.
Payments

Payments for programs, workshops, performances, and all other activities are due in full at time of purchase.

Needs-based subsidies and/or other payment structures are available upon discussion with the Programming Directors and/or the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Please see below.

Registration and/or purchasing is not complete until payment has been received and confirmed.

Payment is preferred online, by either credit card (VISA or Mastercard), or Debit Online. Should you wish to pay with cash, money orders, or e-transfers please contact GNAC directly to arrange. GNAC does not accept cheques.
Refunds

Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:

Should GNAC cancel the program, workshop, performance, or other activity, and a suitable alternative cannot be found, a full (100%) refund will be issued.

No refunds or credits will be provided should a participant fail to attend the program, workshop, performance or other activity.

For programs with minimum attendance requirements, no refund or credit will be provided should a participant exceed the allowable number of absences and is removed from the program.

No refunds or credits will be provide should a participant be removed from the program due to improper conduct or incident of violence, harassment, bullying, or discrimination. Please refer to our Safety and Security Policy for more details.

Subsidies and Other Payment Structures

Needs-based subsidies are available whenever possible, on a first-come, first-serve basis, at the discretion of the GNAC Executive Team (comprised of the two (2) Programming Directors and the Chief Administrative Officer).

Alternative payment structures are available at the discretion of the GNAC Executive Team (comprised of the two (2) Programming Directors and the Chief Administrative Officer).

To apply for a needs-based subsidy or to arrange a different payment structure, please complete this online form. The GNAC Executive team will review the applications and contact those who applied for discussion and approvals.
